Restoration Counseling accepts the following insurance plans:

• Caterpillar Network
• Cigna
• Aetna
• OSF Direct Access Network
• United Healthcare
• Optum
• UMR
• Hope Trust Health Care

Before insurance is applied, session fees range from $125.00 to $175.00 per session.

If we do not accept your insurance, you may be able to use out of network benefits. Please contact your insurance company to inquire on out of network benefits.

We do not participate in Medicare or Medicaid plans.

Self-Pay Clients

Restoration Counseling does offer the option of self-pay for clients without insurance. When you contact Restoration Counseling for service, we will discuss the self-pay fee.

Payments

For payment, we accept most major credits cards, health savings accounts, flexible spending accounts, and personal check. Payment for co-pays, deductibles, co-insurance, and self-pay fees is due at the time of session.
